Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 working days if the item is in stock.
This processing time is separate from the delivery timeframe. - Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Preorder items require 7 to 21 days for processing before they are prepared for delivery. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Check our shipping policy to see the estimated delivery time for your country support team.
Shipping Information
- All shipments within Nigeria are sent via express shipping, with rates and timelines varying based on the destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Delivery Timelines:
- Lagos: 1 – 2 working days
- Other parts of Nigeria: 2 – 5
working days - International orders: 5 – 7 working days
- Please note that shipping timelines do not include order processing time.
Tracking Your Order
- After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email for express shipping.
- Standard shipping orders receive a tracking code once the package reaches the last-mile courier.
Delivery Guidelines
- We offer doorstep delivery; however, our shipping partners do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
- If you request a change of delivery address after your order has been shipped, additional transfer charges may apply.
- Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or additional charges for redelivery due to incorrect addresses.
- While we strive for timely deliveries, factors like weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally impact shipping timelines.
